Introduce programmes that repeatedly identify, classify, showcase and
upgrade human talent across the region and sustaining the talent build up within the ecosystem by employing a cascade method towards training & upskilling.
Implement diversity and inclusion programs to ensure representation and equal opportunities for all demographics within the Northern Ecosystem. Create accessible and inclusive spaces for underrepresented groups to participate in key decision-making processes, as well as launch, or partner with, innovation incubators and accelerators to support forward-thinking startups and entrepreneurs in the Northern Ecosystem.
Foster cross-sector collaborations by organizing regular forums and events that bring together stakeholders from various industries within the Northern Ecosystem and Engineer or support collaborative events between stakeholders, hubs and innovators within the region
